Dear CVC Customers,

MCN staff has been trying to work with AT&T internet maintenance for a good part of today trying to resolve the internet problems. Unfortunately, we have had limited response from AT&T in regards to the repair of the circuit. At the end of the day we finally managed to speak to the manager of the escalation division who told us that there has been another problem discovered on the physical cable that the circuit is delivered on. This was at 5:40 PM Thursday afternoon. He is trying to dispatch someone later to resolve the problem tonight, but is not hopeful that this can happen. So we may be waiting until Friday before more work can be done to resolve the problem.
