Enter your cvcca address and temporary password. From there, you will be able to edit or change your password as well as forward your email to another address if you choose.

IBBS is your new Technical Support, and  is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can reach them at 1-855-237-3457. 

 

 

NEW INTERNET TECH. SUPPORT and EMAIL INFORMATION

Between midnight of October 23, 2012 and 6am October 24, 2012, CVC will begin the transition to our new technical support partner IBBS. This transition is being done to provide CVC customers with technical support 24/7/365.

Due to this transition all customers will receive an email address under the cvcca.com domain on the day of the transition. (10-24-12) This change will be done during the maintenance window between midnight and 6 am, and we anticipate no more than an hour loss of service.

The new email address will begin with the same prefix that we currently have for each customer in our system now, and end in the cvcca.com (example: johndoe@yahoo.com will become johndoe@cvcca.com) There will be a randomly generated password for each account and our technical support team at IBBS will assist you in accessing, changing passwords, setting up forwarding, etc. by contacting them at  1-855-237-3457  after the transition is completed. 

By clicking the “my account”  link, you will be able to view your account, track your internet bandwidth usage, check and maintain your email, trouble shoot internet issues, and find out what new projects Central Valley Cable is working on.
Use this link ,http://myaccount.cvcca.com to set up your email address and password. You will find many tech support items and the phone numbers to speak to someone directly.

This email address is required for Internet account bandwidth monitoring and system generated emails.

Anyone/Everyone wishing to keep your MCN email address, must contact MCN directly. There will be a $2.50 per month charge by MCN to keep this email active after 30 days from the date of the transition.

CVC, MCN and IBBS are working together to insure a smooth transition.
